Swaps to come

The brown paper bag is packed and ready to go. We will be 17 happy bag browers and it will go from Germany to the USA and via Canada to Finland and then- I hope- back to me. More in an e-mail you must have by now.

Attention- April Quick Swap 2019 will be the last one til November! 
I am in need of a break (due to various reasons). Sorry for the change.
So if you want to be in, please sign in soon.

In November 2019 paper swap will be 10 years old and we will have a big swap again.
After that there will be no more swaps in 2020. Thank you for being part of it!

Brown Paper Bag March 2019

Sign up now for the new brown paper bag edition.
This time it's all about oddities.

So look out for everything that is weird, intriguing, mysterious, outlandish.

And this is how it works:
You'll sign up via e-mail and I put you on a list with your mailing adress.
On March 1st I will send out the paper bag, filled with 144 (12x12) paper oddities. When it arrives at your place, you can take up to 12 pieces out of the bag, add 12 things from your gatherings, then send it on to the next one on the list. At last the bag will be returned to me and I will have my pick.

I am happy to say, that I will celebrate my 10th anniversary  in November 2019.

As for 2019 I have decided to make

4 big swaps, which means big envelope (20x30 cm or 8x11 inches)

4 quick swaps, which means small letter envelope (10x14 cm or 4x5.8 inches)

1 brown paper bag (filled with „odd paper stuff“, everything that is strange, special, mysterious, intriguing, outlandish, weird)

Holiday break

The Paper Swap in May has now started. I hope we all will have a great experience with this new kind of swap.

As for the next three month: I will take a break. So unlike in the list of swaps for 2018 announced, there will be no swaps in June, July and August this year.
I apologize for any inconvinience this might cause.

Our next swap is on September, 1st.

The brown paper bag blue edition is back!

Hello to all you “blue ladies” all over the world!

This was a really lovely experience: The blue edition of the brown paper bag has now made its way back to me. From Germany to France, the UK, the USA, Canada and Argentina and then back to Germany again.

So great the thought that it really made it without lost and brought joy to those who played along. Thank you all for doing such a great job! Your handwritten greetings on the address list really touched me!

Only 3 pieces of blue which I originally have put in returned!

I have now chosen 15 pieces for myself to keep and decided to make a small “lottery” out of the rest. So all participants will have a chance to win the whole lot of blue that has made its way round the world. I will let you know who the lucky winner is tomorrow, so stay tuned.
